This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made on the Beambox official website (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Shipping Destinations

We ship to selected countries and regions worldwide, including but not limited to:

2. Order Processing Time

  • In-stock items: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Pre-order / made-to-order items: Shipping timelines will follow the estimated date shown on the product page.

Processing and delivery may be delayed due to peak seasons, promotions, exhibitions, extreme weather, carrier disruptions, or customs inspections. We will notify you by email when applicable.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time varies by destination, customs clearance, and local carrier performance. The following are typical estimates after shipment (excluding processing time):

  • Mainland China / HK / Macao / Taiwan: 2–7 business days
  • United States / Canada: 7–15 business days
  • Europe / United Kingdom: 7–18 business days
  • Japan / South Korea: 5–12 business days
  • Other regions: 10–25 business days

These estimates are for reference only and are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, package weight, and item quantity. The final shipping cost will be displayed before you complete payment.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear, depending on the carrier and shipping route.
  • If tracking has not updated for an extended period, please contact support and we will assist in checking with the carrier.

6. Address Accuracy & Changes

Please ensure your shipping address, postal code, and phone number are complete and accurate.

  • If a package is returned or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs or reshipment fees.
  • Address changes must be requested within 12 hours after placing the order. Once an order is packed or shipped, we may not be able to modify the address.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or clearance fees, which are determined by the destination country and are typically the responsibility of the recipient.

If a package is returned, abandoned, or destroyed due to the recipient’s failure to complete customs clearance or refusal to pay duties/taxes, we may be unable to refund shipping costs and any fees already incurred.

8. Shipping Issues: Delays, Loss, Damage, Missing Items

If you experience any shipping issues, please contact us within the timeframes below.

(1) Delays

If your package has not arrived beyond the estimated timeframe, contact support and we will help initiate an investigation with the carrier.

(2) Lost Packages

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, please:

  • Check with family members, neighbors, reception/concierge, or your local mailroom;
  • Look around your door/mailbox and any designated safe place.

If still not found, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan so we can assist with a carrier claim. Compensation is subject to the carrier’s investigation result.

(3) Damaged Items / Missing Items

If your parcel arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Photos of the outer box (including the shipping label);
  • Photos of inner packaging;
  • Photos/videos showing the issue.

We will review and provide an appropriate solution (e.g., replacement, reshipment, or other resolution) depending on the case.

9. Returns & Refunds Related to Shipping

This Shipping Policy should be read together with our Refund Policy.

If an order is refused, undeliverable, or returned to sender, any refund (if applicable) will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned parcel. Shipping costs and fees incurred may be deducted where applicable.
