User Service Agreement and Privacy Policy

The “User Service Agreement and Privacy Policy” (hereinafter referred to as “this Agreement”) and its terms constitute the basis for your downloading, installing, and using “Guang Sheng.”beambox(Abbreviation:This product)This agreement, entered into in connection with the software and related services (including apps, official websites, mini-programs, and other derivative services, collectively referred to as “this Service” hereinafter), outlines the rights and obligations between you and Shenzhen Guangsheng Artificial Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “Guangsheng”).

Before registering, please be sure to carefully read the entire contents of this agreement and fully understand the meaning of each provision, especially those concerning limitations on rights, disclaimers, and dispute resolution. If you have any objections, you may choose not to use this service

Once you click “Agree” or complete the registration process and start using this service, you will be deemed to have fully agreed to and accepted all the terms and conditions of this agreement (minors must read and obtain consent accompanied by their legal guardian before using the service).

I. User Registration and Account Management

• 1. After you complete all the registration steps as prompted on the page, you will become a registered user of this service. You are responsible for keeping your account and password securely confidential, using your account accurately and safely, and bearing legal responsibility for all activities conducted under your account. If you discover that your account has been compromised, you should immediately notify us through our customer service channels, and we will assist in taking necessary measures, such as freezing the account.
• 2. When registering, you must provide true and valid identity information (such as a mobile phone number or email address).,Third-party login）to complete verification and subsequent service support. If any information changes, please update it promptly. You shall be solely responsible for any consequences arising from inaccurate or unupdated information, including inability to use the service or loss of your account.
• 3. We can provide you with personalized information services based on AI technology, tailored to your own preferences, including but not limited to content recommendations and feature customization.

II. User Behavior Guidelines

• 1. You fully understand and agree that you shall be responsible for all activities conducted under your registered account, including but not limited to the content you import, upload, or transmit, as well as any content generated by AI-powered features and any consequences arising therefrom. You shall independently assess the legality and authenticity of the content provided by this service and bear all risks associated with your use of such content. We shall not be liable for any losses directly resulting from your actions.
• 2. When using this service, you must not use it to create, upload, copy, publish, distribute, or repost the following types of content, nor may you use the AI-generated features to produce such content:
  • Opposing the fundamental principles established by the Constitution;
  • Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting the state regime, and undermining national unity;
  • Harming the country's honor and interests;
  • Inciting ethnic hatred or ethnic discrimination and undermining ethnic unity;
  • Those who undermine the state’s religious policies and promote cults and feudal superstitions;
  • Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, and undermining social stability;
  • Distributing materials that are obscene, pornographic, involve gambling, violence, murder, terrorism, or incite crime;
  • Insulting or defaming others, and infringing upon their lawful rights and interests, such as the right to name, the right to portrait, the right to reputation, and the right to privacy;
  • Forging or altering information, or posting content under someone else’s name;
  • Infringing on others' intellectual property rights (including copyright, trademark rights, patent rights, etc.);
  • Intentionally promoting other competing platforms or contact methods not approved by this service;
  • Other content that violates laws, regulations, rules, or public order and good morals.
• 3. When you use this service to post information or generate content, you shall ensure that the content is truthful, lawful, and valid. You shall bear all related legal responsibilities yourself and are not liable for any such responsibilities. The content you post or generate does not reflect our views or policies, and we assume no responsibility for it.

III. Service Rules and Restrictions

• 1. To prevent data loss on your device, with your authorization, we will provide you with a data backup service that uploads the relevant data of this service from your device to our servers and also supports restoring that data back to your device.
• 2. Some features of this service (such as advanced AI generation and live-streaming rewards) may incur charges. The specific fee standards will be clearly indicated on the relevant feature pages. By using these features, you are deemed to have agreed to pay the corresponding fees, which shall be borne by you personally.
• 3. This service may include advertisements provided by us as well as by third-party suppliers and partners. You agree to receive such advertisements during your use of the service. Any disputes arising between you and a third party regarding the content of these advertisements or related services shall be resolved directly between you and the third party; we shall not be liable for such disputes.
• 4. We reserve the right to unilaterally modify, suspend, restrict, terminate, or revoke the service content as needed for business development. However, for significant changes, we will notify you in advance via app pop-ups, in-app messages, and other appropriate channels, so as to minimize any impact on your use of the service.

IV. Special Provisions for Live Streaming Services

• 1. Livestream hosts should uphold a positive and healthy orientation, promote viewers’ growth and self-reliance, and avoid making negative remarks or engaging in behaviors that could lead viewers to become dependent.
• 2. Streamers can earn Star Tickets by receiving gifts from viewers. The redemption rules and associated benefits for Star Tickets shall be subject to the platform’s public announcements.
• 3. Live streaming may consume device battery power. We recommend that you charge your device in advance to avoid interruptions caused by the device running out of power.

V. Default Handling

• 1. If you engage in activities such as providing false information, posting illegal content, or violating the terms of this agreement, we reserve the right, depending on the severity of the offense, to take measures including issuing warnings, deleting content, restricting features, suspending services, terminating services, and banning your account. We also reserve the right to hold you legally accountable.
• 2. If you disagree with our measures—such as suspending, terminating services, or banning your account—we invite you to file a complaint through our customer service channels. We will complete the review and provide feedback within 15 business days of receiving your complaint. If we confirm that your actions violate this Agreement or applicable laws and regulations, we will require you to rectify the situation; otherwise, we reserve the right to uphold the original measures taken.

I. Principle of Privacy Protection

We respect and protect your right to personal privacy, place great importance on the security of personal information, and strictly comply with relevant laws and regulations—including the Cybersecurity Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Personal Information Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China, and the Interim Measures for the Administration of Generative Artificial Intelligence Services—as well as industry standards, when collecting, using, storing, and protecting your personal information. Unless we obtain your explicit consent or unless otherwise provided by applicable laws and regulations, we will not disclose your personal information to external parties or provide it to third parties.

II. Collection and Use of Personal Information

(1) Information Required for Registration and Basic Services

• 1. When you register for and log in to your account for this service, you must provide at least an account name, a profile picture, a mobile phone number or an email address, and create a password. We will continue to have your authorization to use this information throughout your use of the service. After you deactivate your account, we will cease using and delete such information or anonymize it (unless otherwise required by applicable laws and regulations).
• 2. Device Information: To ensure that the service functions properly on your device, we may collect information about your device’s attributes (such as device model and operating system version), device status information, and device connection information (such as IP address and browser type), and associate this information with your account.

(2) Information required for specific functions

• 1. Identity Authentication Information: When you apply to use paid services, live streaming services, or other features that require real-name authentication, we will collect your name, ID number, and other identity verification information. This information will be used solely for the purpose of completing identity verification and will not be used for any unrelated purposes.
• 2. AI service-related information： When you use the AI text interaction feature, we collect the text content you enter. When you use the AI image generation feature, we collect the images you upload and the descriptive keywords you provide. When you use the voice interaction feature, we collect the voice data you record. The above-mentioned information is used solely to generate the AI content you request. We will fulfill our legal obligations to protect your data and will neither retain it illegally nor disclose it to others.
• 3. Permission-related information： Microphone permission: Used for voice interaction and audio capture during live streaming; Camera permission: Used for facial recognition during identity verification and video capture during live streaming; Album permission: Used when you independently change your profile picture or upload images to the AI-generated features; Calendar permission (if enabled): Used to synchronize AI-generated calendar reminders; Location permission (if enabled): Used to provide location-based personalized AI services (such as local news recommendations). You can disable the above permissions at any time in your device settings. Disabling these permissions may cause related features to malfunction, but it will not affect basic services.
• 4. Service Usage Records：We will collect information such as your browsing history, records of followed and saved items, and usage records of AI features, in order to optimize your service experience, provide personalized recommendations, and retain relevant records in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
• 5. Customer service-related information：When you submit a complaint, suggestion, or inquiry, we may collect your name, contact details, and the specifics of your request to enable timely communication with you and provide feedback on the outcome. If you choose not to provide this information, we may be unable to address your issue efficiently.

(3) Information obtained from third parties

When you log in to this service using a third-party account such as WeChat or Alipay, we will obtain your public information (such as nickname and profile picture) from that third-party platform based on your authorization. The use of such information will be governed by this Privacy Policy and the relevant rules of the third-party platform.

III. Protection and Management of Personal Information

(1) Security Protection Measures

• 1. Technical safeguards:We use AES-256 encryption technology to store sensitive personal information, encrypt data transmissions via the SSL/TLS 1.3 protocol, and deploy technologies such as firewalls and intrusion detection systems to prevent unauthorized access and data leaks.
• 2. Access Control: Establish a stringent access control mechanism, allowing only authorized employees to access personal information. All access activities will be logged and retained for auditing purposes. Sign confidentiality agreements with employees and partners, clearly defining responsibilities for data breaches.
• 3. Organizational Assurance: A dedicated department for personal information protection has been established, and an information security management system along with emergency response plans have been put in place. Regular security training and audits are conducted, and Level 3 certification for network security classification protection has been achieved.
• 4. Handling of Security Incidents: In the event of a personal information security incident, we will immediately activate our emergency response plan, take remedial measures, and notify you of the incident details and progress through the contact information you have provided. We will also report the incident to the relevant authorities as required by regulations.

(2) Information Storage and Deletion

• 1. Retention Period: We will continue to retain your personal information as long as you use this service; after you modify your information, we will retain the updated content.
• 2. Post-deletion processing: After you deactivate your account, we will stop using your personal information and, after retaining the necessary information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, we will anonymize it to ensure that your identity can no longer be identified.

(3) Your rights regarding information management

You have the right to access, correct, supplement, and delete your personal information, as well as the right to withdraw your consent to the collection and use of your information. The specific methods for exercising these rights are as follows:

• Access and Correction: Operate via the app’s “My - Settings - Personal Information” page;
• Deletion and Withdrawal of Authorization: Submit a request via the app’s “My—Settings—Privacy Center,” or contact customer service to proceed.
• We will complete the review and respond within 15 business days of receiving your request. For requests that comply with applicable laws and regulations, we will promptly take the appropriate measures.

In the following circumstances, we may not be able to fulfill your request: when the request is related to national security or public interest; when it involves criminal investigation or judicial proceedings; when you act with subjective malice or abuse your rights; or when it concerns trade secrets, among other cases.

IV. Protection of Personal Information of Minors

• 1. If you are a minor (under 18 years of age), you must read this agreement accompanied by your legal guardian and use this service—and provide personal information—only with your guardian’s consent. For minors under the age of 14 who wish to use this service, their guardians must complete identity verification and enable “Teen Mode.”
• 2. In Teen Mode, we will limit usage time (no more than 40 minutes cumulative per day), filter out harmful content, disable paid features and live-streaming tipping functions, and refrain from collecting sensitive information such as minors’ precise location or biometric data.
• 3. If a guardian discovers that a minor has used this service or provided personal information without authorization, they may contact us through our customer service channels. Upon verification, we will promptly delete the relevant information and disable the corresponding features.

I. Intellectual Property

• 1. All intellectual property rights to this service, including but not limited to software programs, AI technology achievements, interface designs, textual content, icons, images, data templates, and the like, are owned by us or the relevant right holders and are protected by laws and regulations such as the Copyright Law and the Trademark Law of the People’s Republic of China.
• 2. The intellectual property rights to any content you generate through this service belong to you; however, you grant us the right to use such content within a reasonable scope for model optimization and service improvement (we will anonymize the content before using it). The content you generate must not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others; otherwise, you shall bear the corresponding responsibility.
• 3. Without our prior written consent, you may not reproduce, distribute, adapt, or transfer the intellectual property content of this service for any purpose. We reserve the right to pursue legal action against any infringement.

II. Disclaimer

• 1. We shall not be liable for any interruption or inability to use this service caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters, war, or policy adjustments), failures of third-party services (such as telecommunications line disruptions or cyberattacks), or system maintenance. However, we will do our utmost to minimize the impact of such interruptions and restore the service promptly.
• 2. You shall bear any losses you incur as a result of violating the terms of this agreement, providing false information, improper operation, or third-party causes; we shall not be liable for such losses.
• 3. The content provided by this service (including AI-generated content) is for reference only and does not constitute professional advice in areas such as law, medicine, finance, or other specialized fields. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on this content and for any risks arising from such decisions.

III. Amendment and Notice of the Agreement

• 1. We reserve the right to update this agreement in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and as required by business development. The revised agreement will be posted on our official website and in the app, with the date of the update clearly indicated. For significant changes, we will provide you with prominent notifications via pop-up windows, in-app messages, or other appropriate means.
• 2. Your continued use of this service constitutes your acceptance of the amended agreement. If you do not agree, you should immediately stop using this service and deactivate your account.
• 3. We will deliver notifications to you via the contact information you provided during registration. Notification delivery shall be deemed complete upon successful transmission of the message. For written notifications, delivery shall be deemed complete on the fifth calendar day following posting to the address you provided. You are required to promptly update your contact information to ensure that you can receive relevant notifications.

IV. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

• 1. The formation, effectiveness, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (excluding the laws of Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan); in the absence of relevant statutory provisions, commercial practices shall be applied by reference.
• 2. Any dispute arising between you and us out of this Agreement or your use of the Service shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If no agreement can be reached through negotiation, both parties agree to submit the dispute to...People's Court of Nanshan District, Shenzhen CityJurisdiction.
• 3. If any provision of this agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

V. Others

• 1. This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and us and supersedes any prior oral or written agreements.
